FREE FLOWER GIVEAWAY Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY, ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.
TERM: The Free Flower Giveaway contest will last from December 1, 2008 - December 31, 2009. If the contest is extended, the ending date will be changed within the Free Flower Giveaway contest rules.
VALID EMAIL ADDRESS: 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix supports your usage of temporary, non-standard, or spam catching email accounts when submitting your entry for the Free Flower Giveaway to us. If selected as a winner you must be able to respond to the winning email notification within the time constraints as listed below. Unless you opt out of the contest you will periodically receive emails with secondary prizes or valuable offers.
GRAND PRIZE: One winner per year will receive 12 months of Free Flowers with a retail value of $35 and $50 per month. The style, color and design of the Free Flower arrangement will be determined by 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix depending on the available flower stock at the local fulfilling florist. There are no refunds or exchanges for the Free Flower arrangements. It is the responsibility of the winner to maintain the freshness of the arrangement.
PERIODIC BONUS PRIZES: Periodically for promotional purposes 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix may opt to conduct a drawing for secondary prizes including gift cards and promotional discounts toward the purchase of fresh flower arrangements from 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix.
ODDS OF WINNING THE FREE FLOWER GIVEAWAY: The odds of winning the Free Flower Giveaway will be determined by the number of entries received during the term of the promotion.
PARTICIPATION: You may enter the Free Flower Giveaway contest one time per person by completing the online entry registration and provide your name and a valid e-mail address (please limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address). All entries must be received by the last day of contest in order to qualify for the current drawing. If an entrant submits multiple e-mail addresses for the same person, only the first entry will count. The grand prize winner will be randomly selected by a drawing at the end of the contest date. 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix is not responsible for entries that are lost, late or misdirected. 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix reserves the right to modify the contest rules and scheduling without prior notice.
NOTIFICATION: The main prize winners will be notified by email on or before the last day of the month following the end of the contest. The winner will receive an email requesting confirmation of the winners name and acceptance of the promotion. This email contain a form requesting a valid home or business address in order to deliver the main prize of Free Flowers each month for one year. Failure to complete the winner acceptance form within 30 days makes the winning entry null and void. The start of the 30 days commences the day your winning notification is emailed to you by 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix. This requirement applies regardless if the winning notification email was sent to a spam folder, accidentally deleted, or otherwise not received by you for any reason. 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix does not take responsibility for lost or misdirected emails sent to the email address you submitted at the time you completed the online registration. An alternate winner(s) may be chosen after 30 days.
CONTEST ELIGIBILITY: The Free Flower Giveaway contest is open only to adult residents of the United States which are 18 years or older. Employees and their immediate family member including spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses of Arizona Family Florist LLC and 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate. The Free Flower Giveaway contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS: FREEFLOWERGIVEAWAY.COM, Arizona Family Florist LLC dba 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix its participating sponsors and organizations, state agencies, officers, employees and agents are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury from entering the contest or acceptance and use of any Free Flower Giveaway grand prize or bonus prizes. By submitting an entry for the Free Flower Giveaway, participants accept and agree to these rules, conditions and decisions of 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix which shall be final.
Winners assume complete liability by participation in this contest, or the use or misuse of any prizes. 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend this contest should causes beyond the control of 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. Free Flower Giveaway winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release, which must be executed and returned via email at the time the winner provides delivery information. Taxes and delivery fees are the responsibility of 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix. By accepting a prize the winner grants 1-800-FLOWERS Phoenix permission to the use of his or her first initial, complete last name and state of residence for possible advertising and future promotion purposes with no additional compensation except where prohibited.
FREE FLOWER GIVEAWAY CONTEST FLOW:
1. Enter only one time through the FREEFLOWERGIVEAWAY.COM online entry form.
2. You will receive a welcome email confirming your entry into the contest.
3. Winners are chosen within 30 days of the close of the contest.
4. The winner or winners will receive an email announcement.
5. The winner of the main prize will complete and return the acceptance form within 30 days.
6. The Free Flowers will be delivered on or near the 1st day of each month.
